Young & Alive Summit 2024: Day 1 Recap

Morning: Advocacy and Inclusion Walk

The day began with a vibrant walk honoring the 16 Days of Activism and the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. This march, symbolizing unity and inclusivity, concluded with an electrifying atmosphere at Gymkhana Grounds.

Midday: Bonanza Activities

The bonanza was filled with laughter and friendly competition, featuring games like chicken-chasing, sack races, and football. Boys and girls joined in the fun, showcasing inclusivity and teamwork in action.

Afternoon: Summit Opening Ceremony

The Regional Medical Officer (RMO) officially launched the summit, encouraging young people to take an active role as partners in decision-making. He praised the organizing partners for their dedication to amplifying youth voices.

Evening: Entertainment and Speeches

The day concluded with captivating performances and motivational speeches. The Guest of Honor emphasized the importance of inclusion and youth leadership, leaving attendees energized and inspired for the days to come.
